I know that most people would love to be able to get out and hunt more than they do, but there are reasons that a person can't always hunt as much as they would like... For myself, presently, due to an accident, and following disability, I can't get out and hunt like I would like to... 5 or 6 years ago I couldn't do all the hunting I wanted because of haveing to work and make a living...... So for you, how would you finish this statement...... "I'd hunt more if..........."

I'd hunt more if.....
1) I was allowed to hunt on Sunday.
2) I didn't have to work like a dog all week long, so I could take days off during the week.

I'd hunt more if I didn't have to go fishing, or trap and skeet shooting or visit the grand kids or go to Las Vegas (retirement is a tough life but someone has to do it).

I'd totally hunt more if it wasn't so blasted hot and skeetery out OR if it wasn't so frigidy cold and making my toesies and fingers numb.
I wish there was always a nice medium.

I guess its not realy fair to blame my wife. She never limits my hunting localy, work is my keeps me out of the woods way too much.
My wife has reminded me that I cand afford all the out of state hunts that I'd like to do, she thinks paying bill comes before hunting.
Three days until I head north

........if the land was flatter. I've passed on deer cause I'd have to drag them up huge hollers to get back to the roads.

Now that's called lazy.
