I do, and I'm taking my best buddy ... Nana (my Airedale) Yote, Deer, & Fox scouting out at the "big farm". After the return home, followed by breakfast, a short nap, and then back out to check on the more local Dove & Groundhog populations !! biggrin.gif

Enjoy your National ___________ & __________ Day !! wink.gif

Sure was Hands ... I hafta to admit, I wouldn't have know it either if I hadn't saw it on the Virginia's Game & Fish Site Friday night whilst looking for something else !! wink.gif

Anyway to celebrate, I took Nanna out scouting with me early Sat. morning to the "big farm" (my favorite place to sit and gauck). We got there just befre daybreak and saw 7 Deer total ... a Doe with triplets & 3 other very large tails of unknown gender. Also saw 1 of the two the Whooping Cranes that hangs out there. Course also saw plenty of the Farmer's Beef Cattle ... probably why the Deer were somewhat sparce (most deer I'v seen out there was 27 back in the late winter / early spring, when they were still somewhat herded up) !! rolleyes.gif tongue.gif

After coming home, eating & napping, we went back out to the local farms and busted 2 Groundhogs later. Not sure where all of the darn Doves went, they were thick a week or so back, but now pretty sparce. No one really hunts them that much around here any more.
