Full Version: Carrying a camera.......
I never carried a camera when out trapping, hunting, or fishing. I wish now that I had... But as they say, "Hind sight is 20/20.", and if I had it all to do over, I would.... Do you carry a camera when hunting, trapping, fishing, etc.?
If I'm out of the house I have at least one camera with me (well about 90% of the time)

I do usually, unless it's a drizzly day or a rainy day and I'm going out in it anyway.

I never use too but I do now. both a disposable one and a digital one. Kind of funny if someone came along and saw a grown man taking a picture of a mushroom.
I also have a disc made when I get the disposable camera prints developed.
I have gone out with a camera and took pictures of all kinds of places one should set up to call predators. From time to time I do predator calling seminars and I use the blown up prints to show new hunters and particpants just where to set up to get a good shot at a fox and or coyote.
Often heard when they draw down a lake and or pond for repairs. One should take a picture of all the bottom structure when the water level is low. One should also make sure that the pictures include land marks along the pond and lake. After the repairs are done. They allow the lake to refill. Then you can use the photos to pinpoint just where the old creek bed is and or structure. You find the old creek bed and structure and you going to get some nice size fish.

I shoot with many different cameras. All the photos at Pbase were shot with a 2.3 mega-pixel Toshiba PDR-M60. I also use a Minolta Dimage 7i and Canon Digital Rebel XT. I also shoot 35mm with Nikon and Minolta.
I usually carry my digital camera with me.
I usually take my digital with me when I,m hunting or fishing.Its small enough to keep in a pocket so its out of the weather if need be. I use a kodak digital but also have a minolta SLR 35mm that I take on special occasions. 
Yeah, I'm just starting to carry a digital camera. I could've had alot of interesting Photo's over the years.
