I started to post this in the Wall, but, then I had a question too...so, thought I'd post it here. Hope everyone is cool with these pics...any objections and I can take them down, no probs!

A bud of mine sent me these pics and I thought it slightly humorous...

LoL..k, now the question...

Have you ever had anything like this happen to you with any decoys? I have never really used decoys (I'm not sure we even can with deer here)...but have heard of this happening a lot with turkey decoys and toms.
You ever seen anything like that with any decoy you may have used, or know of someone who has? It would be kinda funny..I'd feel bad for the poor guy and would probably put him down just so he wouldn't have to go back to the ribbing of his buddies..lol.

Is this what animals do when they had too much to drink? Kinda like the human's version of beer goggles? LoL wink.gif

oh, and I don't know where these pics originated from, ...and it could just be a chance encounter with a buck and the dude's doe target in his yard for all I know...but, still.....

Hands, I personally have not ever witnessed such a sight as depicted in the photos. However, I do recall seeing a photo of a similar happening. I know for a fact I first saw the photo over 25 years ago. How old the photo was when I saw it, I have no idea. However, the photo was of a buck attempting to mount a doe decoy while a bow hunter sitting in a TreeLounge tree stand was drawing on the animal. As far as I know, TreeLounge only began selling its tree stand in 1980. So, the photo could have possibly been taken as early as 1980. Anyway, long story short, yes, I have seen such a sight before. Again, I didn't witness the sight personally, but apparently, such a thing has happened before. smile.gif
